Abstract

One of the hotly debated issues is the criminalization of blasphemy. The article presents selected voices that have emerged in the discussion of the above problem. The supporters of the criminal prohibition of blasphemy point to the protection of religious freedom and the importance of religion in social life. The opponents, on the other hand, point to threats to the freedom of speech.
