International Journal of Korean Humanities and Social Sciences is published once a year by the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland in co-edition with Inha University, Incheon, South Korea and Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. It contains articles, reviews and reports in English. It is devoted mainly to works dealing with broadly understood current and original studies providing valuable insight into Korean (i) humanities (classics, law, linguistics, literature, performing and visual arts, philosophy, religion), and (ii) social sciences (anthropology, communication studies, cultural studies, economics, history, political sciences, sociology, etc.). The open access journal is peer-reviewed (double-blind system). All submissions go through scan for plagiarism. The Author agrees to a publishing license when submitting a paper. The submission requires creating a profile on OJS Pressto platform (https://pressto.amu.edu.pl/index.php/kr/user/register).
The journal was approved to Erih Plus in 2018.

We welcome original (meaning the text is not published previously nor submitted before to another journal for consideration) and high quality Korean humanities and/or Korea social science-related submissions in English to our 2023 volume (end of submissions: 31st of May, 2023---> extended till September, 15th; publication planned: end of a year 2023). We do not charge Authors for publication. The Authors are expected to have their texts proofread for English in order to ensure linguistic quality of the manuscript prior to the submission.
