Abstrakt

Artykuł skupi się na założeniu o możliwości nauczenia studentów prawa zrozumienia zagranicznej terminologii prawnej. Punktem wyjścia dla analizy będzie stwierdzenie, że studenci prawa niekoniecznie wykazują właściwe umiejętności w zakresie języków obcych. Autor chce dowieść, że prawnicy w dziedzinie prawa porównawczego muszą zaznajamiać ich podopiecznych z właściwą terminologią własnego kraju wtedy, gdy tylko jest to możliwe. Jeśli brak jest terminologii krajowej, należy zacząć zapoznawać studentów z przełożonymi prawnymi ideami zagranicznymi w drodze wykorzystania ekwiwalentów bliskich (funkcjonalnych). Należy także nadzorować pracę studentów w ustalaniu najpierw  semainonu (σημαίνον) i semainomenonu (σημαινόμενον) by następnie móc przejść do pracy porównawczej.
