Abstrakt
Celem badawczym jest ukazanie w jakich obszarach i w jaki sposób wojna na Ukrainie wpływa na Afrykę. Niektóre aspekty oddziaływania konfliktu na ten region są szeroko komentowane (dyplomacja, bezpieczeństwo żywnościowe). Inne są analizowane rzadziej. Należą do nich takie zagadnienia, jak: zmiany na rynku handlu bronią, polityka energetyczna Afryki, wpływ na pomoc rozwojową czy ewolucja aktywności militarnej mocarstw w Afryce. Pytania badawcze, na które próbowano odpowiedzieć to: na czym polegały ewentualne zmiany w tych obszarach i jakie mogą być konsekwencje tych zmian dla Afryki w przyszłości? W badaniach wykorzystano m.in. metodę analizy instytucjonalnej, systemowej i statystycznej. W badaniu wykorzystano dane wtórne dostępne do połowy lutego 2022 r.
