Abstrakt
Niniejsza analiza jest próbą udowodnienia, iż ruch uchodźczy (ale również migracyjny, powodowany względami ekonomicznymi), jaki pojawił się w następstwie wycofania sił amerykańskich i pozostałych sił sojuszniczych z Afganistanu, z jednej strony stanowi czynnik destabilizujący sytuację międzynarodową, szczególnie w regionie. Z drugiej jednak, determinuje intensyfikację aktywności kooperacyjnej państw (zarówno państw tranzytowych, jak i docelowych) i organizacji międzynarodowych. Rozważania poprowadzone zostały przy wykorzystaniu metod badawczych, charakterystycznych dla nauk społecznych, w szczególności nauki o stosunkach międzynarodowych. Z uwagi na aktualny charakter analizowanego problemu międzynarodowego, materiał badawczy stanowiły przede wszystkim źródła pierwotne (tj. raporty międzynarodowych rządowych organizacji pomocowych monitorujących skalę i przebieg zjawiska uchodźstwa afgańskiego, rezolucje Rady Bezpieczeństwa i Zgromadzenia Ogólnego ONZ, oficjalne dokumenty ministerstw spraw zagranicznych poszczególnych państw), ale również źródła wtórne w postaci doniesień medialnych.
