Abstrakt
Artykuł analizuje współpracę Polski i Ukrainy w zakresie zielonej energii w kontekście powojennej odbudowy oraz dążenia do zrównoważonego rozwoju. Transformacja energetyczna Ukrainy, będąca częścią aspiracji integracyjnych z UE, stwarza nowe możliwości dla polskich inwestorów. Ponad 3000 polskich firm uczestniczy w projektach OZE, budownictwa i gospodarowania odpadami na Ukrainie. Mimo wyzwań geopolitycznych i finansowych, współpraca może przyczynić się do wdrożenia innowacyjnych rozwiązań proklimatycznych i wzmocnienia bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. Na podstawie analizy SWOT i mapy interesariuszy, wskazano kluczowe obszary partnerstwa: technologie OZE, klastry bioenergetyczne, inicjatywy edukacyjne, partnerstwa terytorialne oraz współpracę międzygminną. W artykule podkreślono również bariery oraz potencjał współpracy w duchu strategii win-win.
