The manuscripts, which are considered to be published, must have very detailed abstracts, containing important methodological information, in particular: 1) relevance of the research, 2) outline of the direction within which the article is done: 3) purpose (task), 4) results and conclusions. Volume of the abstract is between 100 and 150 words (800–1000 characters with gaps). The list of keywords must include those, which are used in the text of the abstract.
  5. Technical parameters:

1)   Format А4, all the page margins — 2,5; font Times New Roman; line interval — 1,0; paragraph indention — 0,6; font size — 12.

2)   The first line shall represent the title of the article (in the original language of the article): font size — 12, in capital letters, bold font and centre alignment.

3)   The author — name, surname — should be indicated through the line after the title of the article using the font size 10 (bold font, capital letters and centre alignment).

Quotations and names of the periodicals should be written in quotation marks („”) and in the normal font; if the quotation itself has words and word combination in the quotation marks, you should use the cyrillic quotation marks («»). The figurative meanings of words, etc. should be written in quotation marks (“”) and in normal font. The meaning of words, the interpretation of concepts, etc. should be written in single quotation marks (‘’). Titles of the artistic works or the scientific papers should be written in italics and without the quotation marks. Surnames of the scholars, writers, etc. must be followed with one initial or full name (however, in the list of references, surnames and initials must be indicated as in the source used). Inside the parentheses, if necessary, you may use slashes (/ ...... /). It is suggested for you to use in the text of the article the shortened forms of the commonly used word (for the Ukrainian language): (with figures denoting year, century/its parts — друга пол.

The text must be provided without the carry-over and underscores; illustrative linguistic material or meaningful terms should be provided in italics; the non-standard Office Word fonts should be sent in the attachment file via the e-mail.

One should differentiate between a long dash (—) (a punctuation mark in the sentence), a short dash (–) (between numbers of pages, dates, e.g.: XIX–XX centuries, p. 10–15) and a hyphen (-), which is used according to the rules (e.g. мова-донор).

A non-breaking space should be put between the surname and initials (Y. Hrytsak) as well as between those words that should not be broken apart switching to another page – і т. Лесі Українки, с. 234, № 5, etc.

During the selection of the articles, the editorial board will favor those scientific researches that will include references to the publications taken from journals published in the SKOPUS parametric base and in the previous editions of the Studia Ukrainica Posnaniensia journal.

9) The original references and their transliteration (at least 8 sources) are given at the end of the article with 1.5 interval from the main text (its formatting rules see below).

ATTENTION! If it is necessary, after the references (line interval — 1.5) the list of used sources may be included (of course after it there should be transliterated References with English translation of the titles.

10) Notes. If it is necessary, the links may be made on each page for giving notes: line interval  — 1.0; font size — 10.

References to unpublished work are not permitted

The Editorial Board reserves the right to return materials to the authors for correcting mistakes and omissions of the formatting. The author is obliged to finalize the article in accordance with the comments of the reviewers or the Editorial Board.

If the author does not eliminate these deficiencies within the specified time period, the Editorial Board on this basis has the right to reject the article.

EXAMPLES OF NOTE FORMATTING

The concept of the Sixtiers in cultural discourse

Yaroslav Polishchuk

Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poznań – Poland

yarpol@amu.edu.pl; ORCID: 0000-0001-9081-7900

Koncepcja pokolenia lat 60. w dyskursie kulturowym
