Abstract
The article focuses on the research of the communicative behavior manifestations of the Ukrainians in the direct trade situations. The constructive and destructive regulative communicative tactics used by sellers and buyers have been separated and classifi ed. The communicative methods and linguistic means with the analyzed manipulative potential have been described.References
