Technology of total surveillance—public valuation and categorization of socjety

Abstract

The main aim of the paper is to present the technology of total surveillance—public valuation and categorization of society. The importance and innovativeness of the research are demonstrated by the presentation of the surveillance of Chinese society, the method for building a future society in China—the illusion of freedom; the Social Credit System (SCS) prototype in the testing phase; the use of the Integrated Joint Operations Platform (IJOP) in the Xinjiang region—the “Aksu List”; and the principles of the Chinese model. In today’s development environment, a balance must be struck between information and surveillance capital and its recipients, that is, society. It’s worth remembering, as is particularly evident in China, that the same technologies that make everyday life increasingly convenient can also be used for highly effective surveillance of individuals. Labor has become capital, employees have found themselves on company boards, and inequality has deepened. China and the world economy have entered geopolitical turbulence that will have enormous economic and financial consequences. If the conflict escalates, the damage to the economy will be even more devastating.
