The video recording method in the process of educating students in teacher training programs in relation to future professional competencies

Abstract

This article explores the specific nature of training future Polish language teachers using the microteaching method, taking into account the development of interpersonal competencies as key skills for the future, in the context of technological advancement, artificial intelligence, methodological traditions, and an interdisciplinary approach to didactics. The article includes a description of the use of the Polish language lesson recording catalog in academic classes and the implementation of the microteaching method on three levels: critical, creative, and self-reflective.
