Abstrakt
Doświadczenie wielu miast potwierdza, że odwrócenie wektora spirali zapaści i przekształcenie jej w spiralę rozwoju (regeneratywności) nie powiedzie się przy użyciu tradycyjnych instrumentów finansowych i planistycznych. Wszystkie działania na rzecz wytworzenia zdolności regeneratywnej osadzone są w szerokim kontekście (uwarunkowaniu) instytucjonalnym, a przede wszystkim kulturowym. W artykule koncentrujemy się na kulturze jako zjawisku warunkującym procesy regeneracyjne miast i wpływającym na nie i jako „przedmiocie” długookresowego oddziaływania polityk publicznych w celu stworzenia trwałych kulturowych uwarunkowań regeneratywnego metabolizmu miast. Zamierzeniem autorów jest systematyzacja pojęć i identyfikacja kluczowych wyzwań regeneratywności oraz określenie wpływu kultury na rozwój regeneratywny przez rozpoznanie działań warunkujących budowanie regeneratywności miast.
