Peer Review Process

All scientific papers published in “Humaniora” undergo an anonymous review. The review process consists of two stages.

In the first stage, the journal’s editorial team conducts a preliminary selection of the submitted manuscripts, verifying their substance latter in terms of compliance with the scientific profile of the journal, as well as correspondence to the main theme of the volume under preparation.

In the second stage, each manuscript is reviewed by two independent reviewers suggested by the editors of the journal and its Scientific Council, under conditions of anonymity. This means that the identity of the author is not disclosed to the reviewer, nor is the identity of the respective reviewer revealed to the author.
