Curriculum Management and Validation in British University

Abstract

The article focus on the issues related with running academic programmes that acquired a validation from a British university. After validation procedure partner institution has to introduce various solutions and systems to allow the Brits an effective supervision of the programme and teaching processes, integration of its administration as well as quality assurance for the endeavour as a whole. Acquired validation grants competitive advantage on the local market, and simultaneously involves various organizational, cultural, and financial challenges and costs that creates a serious burden upon the resources of partner institution. The author’s practical validation experience that are point of reference in the article allows for a better understanding of practical aspects of validation processes.
