Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of evaluation by students of the work of academic teachers. It contains practically tested principles of conducting surveys for this purpose, including the drawing up of unambiguous, understandable and easy to complete questionnaire forms. It also presents specific suggestions for constructing and implementing a system for gathering data through such surveys on the teaching activity of academic teachers.
