Abstract
The lexicographical material available to the translator is limited. However, all these resources primarily develop with combinations of widely spoken languages. Lexicographical materials for other combinations are scarce. Moreover, there is practically no specialized lexicography, and it is clear that the structure of this resource is not suitable for translation work. Consequently, we propose to analyse the development of Polish lexicography in the field of law in order to identify future needs for lexicographical resources to assist in translating from Spanish to Polish and vice versa.
