1. Submitted texts are initially evaluated by the Editors (who check for compliance with the journal’s profile and the fulfilment of academic and formal requirements).
2. Two reviewers are appointed to evaluate each publication - experts in the thematic scope or in the subject the publication relates to. Reviewers do not receive works in relation to which there is a conflict of interest resulting from the relationship with the author, company or institution related to the work.
3. The journal uses double-blind review. The assessment criteria on the review form are: appropriately worded title, originality and current relevance of the problem, manner in which research is conducted, methodological basis of article, formal accuracy of the manuscript and range of literature referenced.
4. Reviewers’ comments are forwarded to the author of the text. The author should attach the responses to the reviews to the revised version of the article.
5. Two unequivocally positive reviews are required for a text to be accepted for publication.
6. Reviews of articles are prepared free of charge.
7. Reviews and all documentation of the review process are kept in the archives of the Editorial Office.
8. The list of reviewers cooperating with the journal, without indicating the person of the reviewer of a particular publication, is published once a year on the journal's website.
