Authors are requested to make submissions via https://pressto.amu.edu.pl/ in a .doc format by March 1 of each year at the latest. The Journal is issued in a printed form in December. Submission of the papers to the Journal shall be deemed as the consent to the printed and electronic publication.
Submitting a text to "Adam Mickiewicz University Law Journal", the author agrees to the text being made available in electronic form in repositories, databases and platforms indexing and disseminating scientific content of the editorial choosing.
One of the conditions of publication is editing the paper in accordance with the following guidelines for the Authors. Editors reserve the right to reject texts and making adjustments.
Technical requirements for the papers:
- volume: 25-30 thousand characters with spaces and footnotes,
- font: Times New Roman 11 pts,
- footnotes: Times New Roman 10 pts,
- 1.0 spacing,
- margins 0.75 cm,
- heading and sub-headings: Times New Roman 12 pts, bold, centered; sub-headings numbered with Arabic numerals.
The papers shall be accompanied by abstract in English, as well as with key words (from 3 to 5) in English. Moreover, affiliation information, ORCID iD and official email address shall be stated with his/her name (e.g. Jan Kowalski, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3333-5555, jan.kowalski@amu.edu.pl). Abstract (max. 120 words) should include: (1) the aim of the paper and research problem(s); (2) methodology; (3) summary of the claims made in the paper; (4) argumentation on why the research and the paper are important or novel. The papers should contain a bibliography.
