Innovations and Growth Sustainability in Poland’s Economy

Abstract

The author deals with mutual relationships between innovation and growth in Poland’s economy, making references to and arguing with views expressed by other specialists (e.g. prof. Bogusław Fiedor). Considerable attention is devoted to possible improvements in innovativeness under Poland’s circumstances against the background of related processes occurring in highly developed economies and in those which, much as today’s Poland, faced similar problems in the past.
