Abstract
In this article, we present the Young Polish Language Specialist project and its implementation, which was carried out in one of the primary schools in Greater Poland. The aim of the project is to stimulate interest in the Polish language among young users – primary and secondary school students – through language, linguistics and selected tools of digital humanities. We believe that this is extremely important in an era of widespread disinformation, fake news and other mechanisms of manipulation and linguistic- communicative persuasion. In addition, the article presents the results of a lexicographical review of a mini-dictionary of school slang created as part of the project in the context of nationwide youth slang. We focus primarily on entries that have not been recorded in any of the analyzed collections of youth vocabulary and which, in our opinion, can be considered student regionalisms, units occurring exclusively in the sociolect of the school under study.
