Abstract
Bankruptcy law is a law that focuses on the theory of law. In this paper the authors discuss two of such issues (i) the construction of a procedural body appointed by a bankruptcy court which is a trustee, and (ii) the intertemporal and the adjusting rules concerning a change of such which restricts the group of entities that may be a personal substrate of the aforementioned body to the person who possesses certain statutory qualifications.License
