Programme: Development of academic journals for “POZNAŃSKIE STUDIA SLAWISTYCZNE” (‘Poznań Slavic Studies’) biannual
In 2022 and 2023, the journal ‘Poznańskie Studia Slawistyczne’ received grants from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. As part of the Development of academic journals programme, articles and abstracts were translated into foreign languages, the number of publications in foreign languages was increased, the published texts were subjected to strict editorial verification and proofreading, the PSS became more international, foreign thematic editors were attracted, and the number of academic centres to which the authors are affiliated, was increased. The journal’s English-language website was modified, extended and supplemented, and information about the journal and its publications was widely disseminated via the website, a Facebook account and databases. In 2021, the ‘Poznańskie Studia Slawistyczne’ journal was included in the Scopus database.

Task: The contract specifies the conditions for the launch and financing of the project granted de minimis aid under the Development of Academic Journals programme, and was announced by the regulation of the Minister of Education and Science of 3 August 2021 on the Development of Academic Journals programme (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1514).
