INTRODUCTION:
„Studia Romanica Posnaniensia” is a journal devoted to the studies on languages and literatures of Romance-speaking areas. Founded in 1971, at present, it appears four times a year. The journal publishes scholarly papers covering the following areas: linguistics and language studies, including history of Romance languages, literary studies, foreign language acquisition, teacher’s professional training, theory and practice of translation, and studies on cultural background of contemporary Romance-speaking societies. The Editorial advisory board is composed of Polish and foreign researchers reputed for their extensive knowledge of literature, linguistics and translation theory.
