Current Issue
“Przegląd Prawa Rolnego” (Agricultural Law Review) was registered in 2007 as a journal focused on the field of agricultural law, understood in its broadest sense. It covers, in addition to (traditionally understood) agriculture, the legal issues associated with food, the environment (in agriculture) and rural areas – from global, regional and local perspectives. Hence the problems associated with agricultural law cover not only the regulation of agricultural production, agrarian structures and agricultural markets, but also agri-food and agri-environmental law. These areas constitute the common ground investigated by legal experts in agricultural law from all over the world.
The journal does not charge the Authors any fees.
