Ruch Prawniczy, Ekonomiczny i Socjologiczny (RPEiS) [Poznań Journal of Law, Economics and Sociology] is one of the oldest and most prestigious academic journals in Poland. RPEiS is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles in both Polish and English. Our primary goals are to assist researchers from Poland and abroad in disseminating the results of their research and to promote the exchange of views and ideas within the international scientific community. We prefer articles that have strong theoretical and methodological foundations in the legal sciences, economic sciences, and sociology, and which indicate the practical significance of their considerations or conclusions.

RPEiS is available in online (OA) and printed versions. The editor declares the online version to be the original one.

RPEiS provides immediate open access (CC BY 4.0 International Licence) to all its content, in accordance with the principle that freely available research increases and accelerates global scientific development and the exchange of knowledge. The editor encourages authors to deposit articles published in the journal (the publisher’s final version) in open repositories, provided that a link to the journal’s webpage and the DOI number of the article are included.

There are no fees for submitting, processing or publishing an article in RPEiS.
